Salary: $205,600 - $257,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and strategy for the SEAL Leaderboard portfolio, defining priorities for benchmark development and infrastructure.
• Drive alignment across AI-PM, ML, Engineering, and GTM stakeholders through the Leaderboard Steering Committee.
• Partner with ML researchers to develop trustworthy evaluation methodologies and benchmark scoring frameworks.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and design to launch, growth, and maintenance.
• Work directly with frontier AI labs and enterprise customers to gather feedback and influence investment decisions.
• Establish governance processes for benchmark quality, evaluation integrity, and release management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong technical fluency in machine learning systems, AI model evaluation, or benchmarking.
• Experience scaling products across cross-functional engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability to translate ambiguous market signals into clear product strategy.
• Must be based in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA.
