Salary: $215,500–$272,500 per year, plus eligibility for an incentive compensation plan.

What you will do

• Establish and communicate the product roadmap, business vision, and strategic direction.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers responsible for enterprise products and feature delivery.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, customers, and internal stakeholders to capture requirements and shape releases.
• Discover market opportunities, analyze competitive landscapes, and make data-driven portfolio investment decisions.
• Provide leadership across strategy, technology, marketing, and lifecycle management for SaaS and hardware solutions.
• Determine buy, build, and partner strategies for future capabilities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of business-to-business product management experience focused on commercial hardware and firmware products.
• Demonstrated ability to lead an impactful team of product managers delivering enterprise products and strategies.
• Strong customer orientation and experience building products aligned with customer needs and goals.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and methodologies.
• Strong data-driven decision-making, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; an MBA is a plus.

Nice to have

• Product management experience with cellular-enabled IoT and telematics devices, including hardware and firmware.
