Salary: $190,000–$200,000 + 12% bonus.

What you will do

• Lead and coach a team of product managers to drive roadmap initiatives and company strategy.
• Partner with engineering and QA leadership to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of product features.
• Act as the product leader for the Nutrition team, overseeing prioritization and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to track KPIs, development progress, and market readiness.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
• Support operational improvements and evangelize best practices across the product organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 10+ years of experience working with SaaS software.
• 3-5 years of experience as a product leader managing and coaching product managers.
• Proven success in owning product roadmaps and writing requirements.
• Ability to navigate complex environments and drive product direction.
