What you will do

• Own the multi-year vision and roadmap for enterprise meal solutions, driving customer growth, retention, and activation.
• Represent enterprise product strategy and business impact to executive leadership.
• Set investment priorities across platform capabilities and new enterprise features, including SSO, governance, integrations, and reporting.
• Translate complex enterprise requirements into a coherent, scalable product strategy with engineering, design, and data leaders.
• Define metrics, signals, thresholds, and playbooks for upsell opportunities, churn risk, activation gaps, and customer success.
• Lead and develop a multi-pod product management organization and ensure strong execution across the portfolio.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years leading admin, platform, or B2B products for large organizations.
• 2+ years of experience recruiting, managing, and developing product managers.
• Experience running a business unit or major product line across product, finance, and marketing.
• Experience building enterprise capabilities such as SSO, roles and permissions, billing, invoicing, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of enterprise governance, security, integrations, scale, data, and experimentation.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship and legal permanent residence sponsorship are not provided.
