Salary: $175,000 - $195,000

What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Client Experience and Member Enrollment.
• Own workflows for employer onboarding, file ingestion, and member identity matching to ensure enrollment quality.
• Build internal tools for Client Implementation and Client Success to track account health, configuration, and growth.
• Manage and coach two direct reports and partner with a dedicated engineering squad.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Data, and Compliance to deliver measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with complex platforms or enterprise workflows.
• 3+ years of experience in people management.
• Strong understanding of data validation, APIs, and record matching.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, HR technology, payroll, or enterprise SaaS.
• Knowledge of coverage administration or MPI capabilities.
• Experience building tools for Client Implementation or Operations teams.
