What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers owning a specific area of the digital product suite.
• Partner with global stakeholders, including senior leaders, engineers, designers, and data scientists.
• Drive the overarching product vision and strategy across multiple product areas to meet business objectives.
• Lead concept sprints to build product roadmaps and define critical features.
• Manage portfolio prioritization, balancing customer needs, business value, and technical investment.
• Influence executive stakeholders and communicate the product vision to drive organizational alignment.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience as a digital product owner, focusing on large-scale SaaS or enterprise software.
• 6-10 years of experience directly managing product managers.
• Bachelors or MBA/equivalent degree.
• Proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering multi-year roadmaps.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Irving, TX.
