Sr. Digital Product Director

Location: Irving, TX, United States; hybrid work environment

Salary: $136,000–$189,000 per year, plus bonus or role-based sales incentive

What you will do

• Lead and mentor product managers responsible for areas of hirify.global’s digital product suite.
• Partner with senior leaders, software engineers, product designers, data scientists, and global stakeholders to deliver high-value products.
• Define product vision, strategy, critical features, and multi-year roadmaps across multiple product areas.
• Lead concept sprints and drive portfolio prioritization across customer needs, business value, and technical investment.
• Use customer insights, market trends, and data to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
• Influence executive stakeholders, communicate product direction, and align the organization.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience as a digital product owner or in digital product management.
• Experience with large-scale SaaS applications, enterprise software, or technology platforms.
• 6–10 years of direct experience managing product managers.
• Experience defining product strategy, setting vision, and delivering multi-year roadmaps.
• Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, organizational, and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA/equivalent qualification.

Nice to have

• Digital product management experience in both startup and enterprise software or product companies.
• Experience solving complex problems with business leaders across business units and delivering measurable results.
