What you will do

• Simplify complex CRM workflows, automations, triggers, conditions, branching logic, and customer-data experiences.
• Design meaningful data visualizations for audience growth, customer health, and engagement metrics.
• Connect user experiences across the full seller journey, from first interaction through long-term loyalty.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes covering motion, live data, background processes, and complex interface states.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape strategy and ship user-centered solutions.
• Champion design quality and contribute to scalable design systems and frameworks.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating complex systems such as workflow tools and data-rich interfaces.
• Systems-thinking skills and the ability to design scalable frameworks while maintaining product detail.
• Expertise in visual and information design for helping users interpret complex or messy data.
• Expert-level Figma skills, including scalable components and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Strong communication skills for explaining design decisions to engineers, product managers, and leadership.
• User-first approach with experience incorporating user research into product decisions.
