About the Role

You'll craft intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centered designs that reshape how customers relate to money, with a specific focus on the wealth and investment product. You'll collaborate closely with a talented, cross-functional team to create seamless experiences that transform the way people build and manage their wealth. You'll use the design system to build new flows, ensure alignment between brand and product experience, and take concepts from Figma wireframes through to consumer-ready launches alongside engineers and the marketing team. You'll breathe life into the product and brand by turning standard moments into surprising and delightful end-user experiences and ads, and you'll work closely with founders and the engineering team to define problems and goals, wireframe prototypes, and craft product deliverables at the highest quality level.

Requirements

• +3 years of relevant Product Design experience in a hyper-growth tech company (+$1b USD valuation) with heavy engagement
• Creative approach to problem solving with an eye for beautiful, simple designs, strong attention to detail and due diligence
• A keen sense for human emotion and how to build products which surprise and delight consumers
• Ability to think deeply about user needs and articulate design decisions while maintaining an understanding of technical implications
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ideally based in London or willing to relocate (visa sponsorship available)

Responsibilities

• Develop new user experiences from scratch using the design system
• Build new flows and ensure alignment between brand and product experience
• Own the end-to-end design process from concept to Figma wireframes
• Collaborate with engineers to develop wireframes and with marketing to ship to consumers
• Transform standard moments into surprising and delightful end user experiences and ads
• Work closely with founders and engineering team to define problems and goals
• Wireframe prototypes and craft product deliverables at the highest quality level
