Product Designer

Location: On-site in San Francisco or New York City, United States

Salary: $170,000–$265,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design projects from exploration through final polish.
• Collaborate with the Heads of Design and Marketing on product priorities.
• Create visuals and product experiences that resonate with developers.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, Paper, Replit, or other design tools.
• Combine design expertise with business understanding and strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• 5–12+ years of product design experience in technology, SaaS, or developer tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product work.
• Keep user experience central to design decisions while balancing strategic rationale and execution.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship in creating seamless, intuitive experiences.
• Expertise in Figma, Paper, Replit, or comparable design tools.
• Experience designing for technical users, working with design systems at scale, and conducting user research and testing.
