Staff Product Designer (Web3)

Location: Remote US or Remote EU

Salary: $175,000–$275,000 USD annually for US-based candidates; $148,750–$233,750 USD annually for EU-based candidates, plus benefits and equity. Compensation outside the US and EU varies by local market conditions.

What you will do

• Lead design initiatives from concept through launch in close collaboration with engineers and designers.
• Turn open-ended product ideas into actionable directions through research, prototyping, and iteration.
• Design end-to-end mobile and web experiences for discovering, trading, and interacting with digital assets.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems, component libraries, and workflows that improve quality and delivery efficiency.
• Explore AI-enabled design tools and practices that improve product development and team effectiveness.
• Communicate design rationale and help align cross-functional partners around shared product goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience across consumer and platform-facing products.
• Ability to own complex, ambiguous problem spaces and turn them into elegant, intuitive solutions.
• Strong product sense and strategic thinking in an environment with limited organizational structure.
• Deep experience designing mobile-first products and polished mobile experiences.
• Exceptional visual, interaction, UI, UX, and motion design skills, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, engineering collaboration, AI tools, and cross-functional communication.
