Location: Hybrid work with a minimum of three office days per week in Addison, Texas; Bellevue, Washington; Durham, North Carolina; Emeryville, California; or Reston, Virginia.

Salary: $206,000–$316,000 annual base salary, plus equity awards and benefits.

What you will do

• Own budgeting, planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for Engineering and Product organizations.
• Partner with R&D leadership to model growth initiatives, evaluate investments, and recommend actions to improve returns.
• Lead and develop a small team supporting budgeting, financial modeling, and R&D project execution.
• Prepare analyses, insights, and financial models for the COO, CFO, CTO, and other executive stakeholders.
• Improve management reporting, financial tools, processes, and models to surface risks and opportunities.
• Translate the product and go-to-market model into operational and financial metrics for monitoring business health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic or corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting, or a high-growth technology company.
• Experience partnering with R&D or go-to-market organizations, preferably in technology or software with subscription/SaaS models.
• Experience evaluating complex business problems, developing recommendations, and creating action plans.
• Experience using AI to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills and experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools.
