What you will do

• Serve as the senior finance business partner to the global R&D organization and advise executive leadership on financial strategy and investment decisions.
• Lead annual operating plans, long-range planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reviews.
• Evaluate product development, engineering, technology, and commercialization investments through financial models and business cases.
• Prioritize innovation portfolios by assessing returns, strategic alignment, resource allocation, cost targets, and profitability.
• Develop R&D dashboards and KPIs, monitor spending, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead and develop finance professionals while partnering with cross-functional teams across product, supply chain, procurement, and program management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including business partnering with product development, engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain organizations.
• Experience supporting R&D, product development, or innovation in a consumer products or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing high-performing finance professionals in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.
• Proficiency with AI tools and applications is required; hands-on experience building AI agents is strongly preferred.
• Strong strategic, commercial, financial modeling, communication, coaching, and talent development skills.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or CMA.
• Experience with Oracle ERP, Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Power BI, Tableau, Domo, Power Query, or SAP.
