What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scripts, APIs, integrations, and workflow automations for Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, and Okta.
• Develop lightweight services connecting collaboration platforms, generative AI tools, and internal systems to enable assistants and agentic workflows.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for automation and AI workflows while troubleshooting reliability, scalability, and cost issues.
• Automate secure onboarding, offboarding, mover workflows, access provisioning, permissions, and SaaS administration.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and People teams to embed SSO, DLP, data classification, compliance, and script-driven safeguards.
• Contribute to code reviews, shared workflow libraries, integration templates, documentation, and workplace technology modernization.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or workplace technology development focused on automation or scripting.
• Proficiency in at least one of Java, Go, Python, JavaScript or Apps Script, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, integration frameworks, and SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, or Atlassian.
• Understanding of IAM and SSO concepts, including Okta, SAML, OIDC, or SCIM, or willingness to develop in this area.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD, workflow orchestration, and self-service delivery models.
• Experience automating provisioning and access management.
• Interest in LLMs, agents, prompt pipelines, and responsible AI workflow integration.
