Salary: USD $107,700–$285,900 per year, plus potential bonus, stock, and other rewards.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and ship scalable backend services and technical solutions across hirify.global.
• Build and operate APIs that integrate software components and power hirify.global Copilot model lifecycle systems.
• Automate model configuration, deployment, and gradual rollout workflows to improve safety and reliability.
• Own production system health, participate in on-call and first-responder rotations, and maintain high service quality.
• Prepare architecture proposals, run experiments, and build prototypes for planetary-scale systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and partner teams while providing mentorship, pairing, and code reviews.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent experience and education.
• Production coding experience with languages such as C, C++, C#, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
• Experience with general-purpose programming languages such as Go or Ruby.
• Experience with cloud environments and/or Cloud Native Computing Foundation concepts.
• Ability to design maintainable systems, write technical proposals, and support production services.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of experience with cloud environments or CNCF concepts.
• Experience building highly automated deployment and self-service workflows.
