IT System Administrator (SaaS)

What you will do

• Administer core IT applications, enterprise infrastructure, and the SaaS stack.
• Resolve helpdesk tickets and provide service-oriented support across business functions.
• Manage SSO integrations, automated user provisioning, and application administration.
• Own employee onboarding and offboarding workflows, including access setup and compliance.
• Manage hardware procurement, inventory, lifecycle tracking, and remote desktop support.
• Monitor system health, coordinate with vendors, and research tools that improve reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience administering and scaling enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience with SSO integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
• Experience configuring and supporting networks, endpoints, and enterprise IT hardware.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
• Experience managing IT inventory, procurement, and automated onboarding in a fast-growing organization.
• Ability to work from the United States, with the role based in Atlanta, Georgia.
