What you will do

• Administer and maintain JAMF Pro environments for enterprise macOS devices.
• Configure Mac enrollment workflows using Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment.
• Develop and maintain JAMF policies, configuration profiles, and automated workflows.
• Package and deploy software and operating system updates for macOS endpoints.
• Integrate JAMF with enterprise identity providers like Microsoft Entra ID or Okta.
• Provide Tier II/III support for JAMF-related incidents and service requests.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain federal customer clearance.
• 3+ years of experience administering JAMF Pro in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrollment.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or Shell.
• Knowledge of macOS administration, security, and endpoint management best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Federal Government agencies.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-53, FISMA, and DISA STIGs.
• Experience integrating JAMF Pro with Microsoft Intune.
• JAMF Certified Admin or Expert certifications.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
