Salary: $121,100–$193,800 USD per year, plus potential bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Plan, implement, and manage marketing projects from inception through completion.
• Develop recommendations and strategies supporting marketing objectives.
• Coordinate project schedules, timelines, deliverables, and multiple workstreams.
• Analyze economic considerations and estimate project costs.
• Lead market research tracking programs and analyze quantitative and qualitative research data.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leaders and clients.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• Experience in marketing, consulting, market research, marketing analytics, business analytics, or corporate or agency environments.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and analysis of primary market research data.
• Ability to synthesize data, identify trends and limitations, and translate technical research into practical business recommendations.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, multiple projects, and complex or ambiguous work environments.
• Digital fluency, including the ability to use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.
