Salary: $90,000–$120,000 plus a 15% bonus structure

What you will do
- Own the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns targeting both net-new and install base audiences.
- Translate high-level GTM priorities into actionable plans, including content strategy, segmentation, and nurture motions.
- Partner with product marketing and content strategy to refine messaging frameworks across personas and funnel stages.
- Lead cross-functional alignment between sales, SDRs, digital, and regional teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance to make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Utilize audience insights from tools like 6sense, LinkedIn, and CRM data to inform targeting strategies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or integrated marketing at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Proven experience leading full-funnel campaigns from strategic planning through to reporting.
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation and engagement across different funnel stages.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and project management skills to navigate ambiguity.
- Familiarity with marketing technology such as 6sense, Marketo, and Salesforce.
- Must be based in or able to work in Salem, New Hampshire (Hybrid).

- Additional experience supporting campaigns within B2B SaaS organizations.
- Hands-on experience using GenAI or automation tools to improve campaign performance.
