Product Manager, Authorization & Network Connectivity

TL;DR

Product Manager, Authorization & Network Connectivity (Payments/Cloud Connectivity): Own and evolve network access, connectivity, file exchange, and clearing enablement products that support secure, scalable access to hirify.globalNet and authorization processing with an accent on APIs, cloud connectivity, resilience, and large-scale transaction processing. Focus on modernizing mission-critical platforms, translating complex technical capabilities into product direction, and balancing availability, latency, security, compliance, and backward compatibility.

Location: Hybrid role in Foster City, California, United States, with at least 3 days in the office. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $146,200–$233,700 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Own product strategy, vision, success metrics, and multi-year roadmaps for hirify.globalNet network access and authorization infrastructure.
• Drive cloud connectivity initiatives across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Modernize hirify.global File Exchange Service, hirify.global File Gateway, Open File Delivery, API access, and scalable file and data exchange capabilities.
• Translate client and business requirements into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Security, sales, implementation, and client teams to deliver resilient products.
• Prioritize backlogs, plan releases, evaluate product performance, and ensure monitoring, controls, documentation, and client enablement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 2 years with an advanced degree, or equivalent PhD pathway.
• Strong experience in product management, platform products, or large-scale enterprise systems.
• Understanding of network connectivity, integration platforms, APIs, file-based data exchange, or B2B integrations.
• Experience with payments processing, authorization, clearing, settlement, or other regulated, high-availability systems.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to work closely with engineering and architecture teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office setting in Foster City, California, with at least 3 office days per week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
• Familiarity with SQL queries and Hadoop or other big data platforms.
• Experience managing complex dependencies in large, matrixed organizations.
• Experience with AI/ML authorization intelligence products.
