Salary: $123,000–$150,000 annual full-time base salary, plus eligibility for annual incentive and equity programs.

What you will do

• Own the health, configuration, monitoring, and optimization of authorization and transaction processing across TSYS TS2 and Visa.
• Manage token lifecycles, digital wallet provisioning, virtual card capabilities, stand-in processing logic, and over-limit authorization policies in partnership with Fraud.
• Translate transaction and authorization data across app, web, and agent experiences while partnering with Product and Engineering on enhancements.
• Build monitoring dashboards, alerts, reporting, Snowflake queries, and TSYS authorization log translation processes.
• Establish testing workbooks and release rigor for authorization and transaction changes, and contribute to platform discovery and roadmap planning.
• Provide backup support for TS2 Terms, Statements, and Cards functions.

Requirements

• Hands-on expertise in TSYS TS2 authorization and transaction processing.
• Experience proactively solving complex platform problems with limited management oversight.
• Experience collaborating with Fraud, Product, Engineering, vendors, and leadership while presenting recommendations independently.
• Experience building or maintaining authorization monitoring, alerting, and reporting infrastructure.
• Experience developing and executing testing plans for platform changes in a fast-moving environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; new applicant employment authorization sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience optimizing digital wallet and token provisioning configurations.
• SQL proficiency for authorization data analysis, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
