What you will do

• Deploy and manage Azure virtual machines supporting a large user base.
• Monitor virtual desktop session statistics and develop usage metrics.
• Optimize resource provisioning, including scaling resources up and shutting down unused capacity.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support for troubleshooting Enterprise Flank Speed service issues.
• Manage Windows images, Group Policy, and end-user software.
• Monitor and support the security and availability of server-based systems, applications, and network storage.

Requirements

• Active Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is required.
• US work authorization and the ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD security clearance are required.
• DoD-approved 8570/8140 operating system and cybersecurity certifications, including IAT Level II certification through CompTIA Security+, CySA+, or SSCP.
• Azure Administrator Associate certification or higher.
• At least 5 years of IT experience, including significant Microsoft Azure and Windows systems administration experience.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, networking, PowerShell, Microsoft cloud security and data governance tools, ITIL, project coordination, and technical communication.
