What you will do

• Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Nutanix, Azure, and AWS platforms.
• Monitor system health and performance, participating in capacity planning to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
• Manage backup, replication, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities, including recovery testing.
• Implement infrastructure security controls, system hardening standards, and vulnerability remediation.
• Support endpoint and identity management using Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, and access controls.
• Serve as a Tier II/III escalation resource for complex infrastructure, cloud, and identity-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Entra ID, and M365 services.
• Experience with virtualization (preferably Nutanix) and cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS).
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, and firewalls.
• U.S. Citizenship is strictly required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Relevant certifications from Nutanix, Microsoft, or AWS.
• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST 800-171, CMMC, SOC 2, or ISO 27001.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
