What you will do

• Design, implement, migrate, and manage Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS environments.
• Operate cloud-connected networking, servers, storage, Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, and workplace systems.
• Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and manage escalated cloud infrastructure issues.
• Implement automation and integrations using Bash, PowerShell, Python, and cloud platform tools.
• Maintain security, compliance, disaster recovery, business continuity, documentation, inventory, licensing, and ITSM processes.
• Support IT specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure requirements and projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT systems engineering or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Azure, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware, storage, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong expertise in network architecture, switching and routing, firewalls, security protocols, troubleshooting, and network analysis.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Bash, infrastructure automation, and platform integrations.
• English communication skills required; ITIL certification or equivalent experience and strong communication and leadership skills are required.

Nice to have

• AZ-104, AZ-305, SC-300, and MS-100 certifications.
• Zscaler and zero-trust solutions experience.
• Manufacturing software experience, including Autodesk or AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Poly, Crestron, and AMX room AV systems.
