What you will do

• Manufacture, assemble, and dynamically balance aircraft propellers according to quality standards.
• Inspect, clean, and conformally coat printed circuit boards using proper ESD controls.
• Operate 3D printers, laser cutters, and fabrication equipment to produce aircraft components.
• Manage the inventory system by receiving, labeling, tracking, and kitting aircraft parts.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain control of conforming and nonconforming materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and FOD-controlled work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, quality inspection, or electronics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools, adhesives, and fixtures.
• Ability to follow detailed written work instructions for repetitive, detail-oriented tasks.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Salt Lake City.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with composite components, adhesives, or precision assemblies.
• Familiarity with PCBA coating and ESD controls.
• Experience operating FDM or SLA 3D printers and laser cutters.
• Experience using ERP or manufacturing execution systems.
