What you will do
- Translate clinical, market, customer, operational, and business needs into technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable development plans.
- Manage product requirements, feature backlogs, process flows, roadmaps, dependencies, sequencing, and prioritization.
- Coordinate product delivery across IT, engineering, architecture, bioinformatics, laboratory operations, R&D, quality, customer experience, and commercial teams.
- Evaluate solution options, integrations, system impacts, technical dependencies, risks, and scalability within genomic and clinical technology environments.
- Use product metrics, workflow data, customer feedback, market insights, and operational indicators to guide product decisions.
- Support testing, documentation, rollout, adoption tracking, change readiness, and continuous improvement after implementation.
Requirements
- 10 years of technical product management experience in diagnostics, genomics, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, genetics, bioinformatics, healthcare, business, or a related discipline.
- Experience in IT, R&D, or another technical field.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in clinical, healthcare, laboratory, or regulated environments.
- Ability to convert clinical, customer, market, and partner insights into practical product requirements, technical solutions, implementation plans, and testing plans.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and technical architecture collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree such as an MS, PhD, or MBA.
