What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for reducing administrative burdens across key practice workflows.
• Lead customer discovery efforts to identify operational challenges and uncover high-impact opportunities.
• Reimagine communication and administrative workflows to improve responsiveness and reduce manual effort.
• Streamline patient-facing experiences, including self-service options and intake processes.
• Partner with engineering and design to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and validate solutions.
• Establish and monitor success metrics such as administrative time saved and workflow completion rates.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading product strategy and execution for complex software products.
• Strong expertise in workflow-based product design and root cause analysis of customer challenges.
• Demonstrated success managing products from discovery and strategy through launch and optimization.
• Excellent customer research and discovery skills to translate user needs into scalable solutions.
• Experience in healthcare technology, practice management software, or similar workflow-driven industries is highly valued.
• Must be based in the United States.
