Product Manager - Code Data (MedTech)

Location: Chelmsford, Massachusetts, or Broomfield, Colorado; remote employment may be considered anywhere in the U.S. based on experience, skills, and business needs. Immigration-related sponsorship is not provided.

Annual salary: $102,900–$128,000, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Provide leadership, vision, and lifecycle management for the Code Data product portfolio.
• Define products, customer requirements, product concepts, and portfolio roadmaps based on market and business needs.
• Guide product development as Product Owner and ensure market, customer, and business requirements are addressed.
• Develop business models and plans, present recommendations to senior leadership, and identify market growth opportunities.
• Analyze competitive offerings and develop differentiators for the product portfolio.
• Coordinate product managers, market managers, Product Owners, partners, and project stakeholders to align requirements, timelines, and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• 3–7 years of relevant product and/or market experience.
• Ability to translate customer needs and technical information into product requirements and customer messaging.
• Strong problem-solving, organization, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage concurrent complex projects and collaborate in a geographically diverse, matrixed organization.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring current or future ZOLL immigration sponsorship.
