What you will do

• Develop and execute product line strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and portfolio expansion plans.
• Gather market intelligence and voice-of-customer insights from commercial teams, conferences, publications, and key opinion leaders.
• Define product requirements, specifications, positioning, pricing, differentiation, and launch plans with R&D and cross-functional partners.
• Own forecasting, supply continuity, KPI analysis, product transitions, and full product lifecycle management.
• Monitor competitors and develop tactics to strengthen product positioning and market share.
• Mentor Product Managers and collaborate with sales, scientific support, operations, quality, finance, and customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life science, marketing, communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least seven years of product management experience.
• Experience positioning, managing, and marketing life science products across multiple customer segments.
• Understanding of immunoassay platforms, their development, and applications in research.
• Knowledge of the technical and biological complexities of intracellular target measurement, plus familiarity with flow cytometry, ELISA, and Western blot.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and mentor colleagues.
