What you will do

• Lead the Health Plans Product function, defining strategy, operating models, and priorities.
• Translate complex regulatory, contractual, and client needs into validated business requirements and testable acceptance criteria.
• Partner with health plan executives and internal stakeholders to define business problems and measures of success.
• Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on business value, feasibility, and organizational priorities.
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members focused on discovery and business requirements.
• Monitor post-launch performance to determine the need for requirements changes or product enhancements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or healthcare solutions.
• Significant experience leading product strategy or requirements teams in a regulated industry.
• Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong knowledge of product discovery, requirements governance, and scope management.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executive-level audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• Experience with regulated health plan or benefits products.
• Experience supporting large, complex, or highly regulated benefit programs.
• Experience identifying patterns across diverse business needs to inform sustainable product solutions.
