What you will do

• Develop and execute global product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans for the Peptide Synthesis & Purification portfolio.
• Drive commercial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, and market share optimization.
• Translate customer insights, Voice of Customer programs, and market intelligence into winning product strategies.
• Lead cross-functional global product launches from concept through commercialization.
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers across multiple product families.
• Partner with R&D to shape future technology development and product innovation.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline (PhD and/or MBA advantageous).
• Significant experience in Product Management or Strategic Marketing within life sciences or analytical technologies.
• Strong technical expertise in peptide synthesis, peptide purification, chromatography, or related workflows.
• Proven leadership experience, including coaching and developing Product Managers or scientific-commercial teams.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing product performance and investment decisions.
• Regular international travel is required to support customer engagement and global collaboration.
