Associate Account Manager

Location: Onsite in Escondido, California, United States, Monday–Friday. Work may occasionally take place on the manufacturing floor, requiring appropriate personal protective equipment.

Salary: $25.50–$28.65 per hour.

What you will do

• Engage customers by phone and email to assess needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying opportunities for new business.
• Analyze installation requirements and customize product offerings to customer specifications.
• Coordinate orders with customers, contractors, plumbers, electricians, and security partners.
• Track sales activity, market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and product launches.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints while maintaining accurate customer and sales records in the CRM.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of service experience.
• Prior sales and customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with computers, phones, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
• Ability to maintain customer records and manage account information.
• Ability to work onsite at the Escondido manufacturing facility and meet physical requirements including extended desk work and occasional lifting of light objects.
• Successful employment eligibility verification, background checks, and required pre-employment testing.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree.
• Experience in account management or inside sales.
