Salary: $160,000 – $210,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead the development of a customer-facing Agentic AI product using LLMs and internal APIs.
• Define and execute the strategy for migrating prompts from multiple locations into a unified platform.
• Own the technical prioritization queue and coordinate across engineering, data, and operations teams.
• Manage the relationship with OpenAI and oversee the company's presence in the ChatGPT store.
• Drive architectural decisions and track emerging technologies like voicebots and computer-use.
• Perform hands-on prompt engineering and system analysis to identify and resolve bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical roles (e.g., Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical PM) at fast-paced startups.
• Strong passion for and curiosity about modern LLMs and AI systems.
• Track record of turning complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and hypothesis validation.
• Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
