What you will do

• Own design, analysis, and verification & validation of assigned autonomous vehicle subsystems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy autonomous driving systems.
• Define and track KPIs to support data-driven engineering and system performance.
• Build data collection and analysis pipelines for verification & validation.
• Author and maintain requirements documentation and system architecture artifacts.
• Define system behaviors for critical safety scenarios and coordinate risk mitigations.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering practices.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work remotely or hybrid in listed cities.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years experience in autonomous or safety-critical systems engineering.
• Hands-on experience with systems engineering processes (V Model, requirements, traceability, V&V).
• Basic proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with interdisciplinary teams developing robotic or autonomous vehicle systems.
• Exposure to functional safety and SOTIF concepts.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Experience with requirements management tools like DOORS, Jama, Flow, Polarion, or Enterprise Architect.
• Knowledge of safety standards such as ISO 26262, ISO 21448, UL 4600, IEC 61508, or ISO 3691.
