What you will do

• Define and own ADS-to-vehicle interface specifications, including control interfaces, electrical architecture, physical integration, and communication protocols.
• Lead technical integration workstreams with autonomous driving partners and translate their system architectures into vehicle-level requirements.
• Represent Bolt in technical engineering discussions with OEMs and maintain integration authority.
• Build reusable integration frameworks, tooling, and documentation for future programs.
• Identify and resolve integration risks across vehicle platforms before they block delivery.
• Align technical integration decisions across OEMs, ADS partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Solid experience in automotive, autonomous driving, or robotics systems engineering.
• Direct experience with ADS-to-vehicle or complex systems integration.
• Deep understanding of vehicle E/E architecture, control interfaces, and low-level interaction between autonomous driving systems and vehicle platforms.
• Ability to define and own integration requirements end-to-end across multi-stakeholder programs.
• Experience working directly with OEM engineering teams and external technical partners.
• High ownership and comfort working in a small, fast-moving team with limited process.

Nice to have

• Experience with L4 or L2+ ADAS programs.
• Experience with NVIDIA DRIVE platforms, including Orin or Thor.
