Salary: $133,650 - $222,000 USD

What you will do

• Act as the central point of contact for verification of embedded platform components against system requirements.
• Define and lead embedded test methodologies and strategies.
• Design and document tests to verify full system functionality and performance.
• Implement tools and methodologies to streamline and automate platform verification processes.
• Collaborate with external partners to deliver a safe, verified autonomous platform.
• Apply deep understanding of sensors, compute, and actuators in self-driving systems.

Requirements

• Bachelors in an engineering discipline (MS/PhD preferred) with 3+ years of experience in automotive or robotics.
• Proven experience in systems engineering, verification and validation (V&V), and requirements management.
• Deep experience with HIL environments and production-grade embedded systems testing.
• Knowledge of the typical autonomous vehicle stack and functional safety standards like ISO 26262.
• Strong fundamentals in mathematics, engineering, and physics.
• Excellent data analysis skills using Python or Matlab.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of vehicle systems.
• Experience launching products in the autonomous vehicle or robotics industries.
• Proficiency with data mining and statistical analysis.
