Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year, bonus eligible.

What you will do
- Lead small to mid-sized corporate events from initial planning through on-site execution and post-event reconciliation.
- Support larger-scale events by owning workstreams covering logistics, vendors, operations, and guest experience.
- Manage venue sourcing, event registration, attendee communications, run-of-show development, premium sourcing, and on-site coordination.
- Build and track budgets, process invoices, negotiate contracts, monitor deliverables, and maintain production timelines.
- Partner with clients, internal stakeholders, vendors, executives, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and effective delivery.
- Guide Associates, Coordinators, Pages, and project-based team members while contributing to departmental improvements and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in events, hospitality, entertainment, experiential marketing, production, client services, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead events from concept through completion and manage executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience with budgets, contracts, production schedules, vendor relationships, and multiple concurrent timelines.
- Strong communication, organization, judgment, adaptability, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work in New York, NY, attend the office at least four days per week, travel up to 40%, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of hospitality, food and beverage, entertainment, sports, experiential marketing, venues, or premium gifting trends.
- Experience using event registration platforms and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
