What you will do

• Lead global workplace projects from initial planning through occupancy, including expansions, relocations, and renovations.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and documentation while coordinating architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct financial and occupancy analyses to provide data-driven recommendations for site selection.
• Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and business cases for leadership.
• Oversee procurement, bid evaluations, and vendor negotiations.
• Perform site inspections and manage construction, furniture installations, and technology deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-8+ years of experience in corporate real estate, architecture, construction, or facilities project management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for budgeting and scenario modeling.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills for executive communications.
• Ability and willingness to travel 25-50% domestically and internationally.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Bluebeam Revu or Microsoft Project.
• PMP, LEED AP, NCIDQ, or other industry certifications.
• Expertise in workplace technology deployments and space utilization analysis.
