PLM Program Director (Aerospace & Defense)

Location: Hybrid role based in Seattle, Washington; the posted compensation location also references Bellevue, Washington.

Salary: $103,879–$242,400 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-workstream PLM program, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and change control.
• Lead a blended onshore-offshore organization with clear governance, handoffs, quality gates, and alignment with the client structure.
• Establish and operate program governance and PMO processes covering RACI, dependencies, milestones, decisions, spend, and reporting.
• Direct phased, site-by-site deployment of Siemens Teamcenter while protecting active production and engineering programs.
• Act as the accountable executive interface across the client, hirify.global, and the PLM technology partner.
• Lead advisory and pre-sales activities, shape solutions and proposals, grow the account, and define the AI productivity and savings case.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading large engineering or IT transformation programs.
• Direct ownership of enterprise PLM delivery, including complex multi-site deployments, migration, budgets, and schedules.
• Proven advisory and pre-sales experience delivered in parallel with program execution, including solutioning, proposals, and account growth.
• Experience leading large onshore-offshore delivery models and coordinating distributed teams.
• Experience embedding AI or automation into delivery and developing productivity or savings cases.
• Experience in Aerospace & Defense or another regulated, safety-critical industry, with strong executive communication skills.
