Senior Strategist, Value Analytics (Healthcare)

Salary: $148,750–$175,000 per year, plus equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead complex performance improvement analyses across patient billing, collections, self-pay performance, and broader revenue cycle outcomes.
• Conduct ROI modeling, collections lift analysis, benchmarking, trend analysis, and bespoke performance deep dives.
• Translate complex findings into persuasive value stories, business cases, and recommendations for senior leaders, prospective clients, and existing clients.
• Partner with Commercial, Client Management, Product, Data Science, and Data Platform teams to scope analyses, validate findings, and connect insights to operational reality.
• Shape scalable analytical playbooks and frameworks while improving measurement approaches and data credibility.
• Mentor teammates and independently drive high-priority workstreams from problem definition through final delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, strategic analytics, performance improvement, revenue cycle analytics, value engineering, business intelligence, or a similar business-facing analytical role.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management, including patient billing workflows, collections performance, and provider organization metrics.
• Experience diagnosing business performance with data and communicating recommendations to non-technical audiences and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead ambiguous, high-stakes analytical work, structure hypotheses and workplans, and produce stakeholder-ready recommendations.
• Experience in client-facing or consultative environments, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in the United States for this role.

Nice to have

• Healthcare consulting or revenue cycle optimization experience.
• Familiarity with EHR and billing ecosystems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Experience with benchmarking, baselining, or value realization in healthcare or SaaS.
• Dashboard development with Looker, Tableau, or Omni.
• Exposure to data modeling, dbt, or analytics engineering concepts.
