What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from strategy through execution, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
• Support technology financial strategy, budgeting, cost transparency, forecasting, and resource-efficiency analysis.
• Partner with Finance, FinOps, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams on cloud cost optimization and measurable savings.
• Develop scalable operating processes, governance mechanisms, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Automate manual operational workflows with AI-enabled solutions and process automation tools such as Gemini and Claude Code.
• Translate technical initiatives into execution plans, business cases, decision points, and outcomes for technical and executive audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs.
• Ability to understand system architecture, technical dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Experience working directly with engineering and technical teams to drive plans, decisions, and outcomes.
• Strong judgment, communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience partnering with Finance or FP&A teams on technology budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, investment planning, or financial processes.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, enterprise technology services, or centralized technology organizations.
• Experience using AI tools to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Experience developing business cases, operating models, governance processes, or executive reporting.
