What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of RL Gym development programs, from requirements gathering and design through implementation and launch.
• Drive alignment across engineering, science, and domain teams to define gym specifications and certification criteria.
• Apply technical depth in gym harness architecture and agent benchmarking (e.g., SWE-bench) to unblock teams and make trade-offs.
• Partner with domain stakeholders across the company to identify high-value workflows for gym development.
• Define and enforce certification standards to ensure fidelity and reproducibility of agent evaluations.
• Manage capacity planning, track delivery targets, and forecast timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bellevue, WA, USA.
