What you will do

• Define and execute the AI Literacy roadmap and success metrics aligned with enterprise AI goals.
• Establish proficiency frameworks tailored to diverse audiences, including product teams and leadership.
• Build and scale engagement initiatives, adoption campaigns, and a network of AI Champions.
• Design and deliver multi-modal learning experiences such as workshops, e-learning, and simulations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Governance to operationalize Responsible AI standards and risk mitigation.
• Track adoption and proficiency metrics to iterate and improve program effectiveness.

Requirements

• 8+ years of L&D experience leading enterprise-wide learning or enablement programs, ideally in AI, data, or technology.
• Deep understanding of responsible AI principles, governance frameworks, and change management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence for presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience designing scalable learning programs using modern instructional design methodologies.
