What you will do

• Own and drive complex, cross-functional programs across AppEx engineering teams from scoping through delivery.
• Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Principal Engineers to define roadmaps and build execution plans.
• Maintain clear reporting cadences, tracking milestones, risks, and engineering health for senior leadership.
• Drive cross-org alignment on shared APIs and developer-facing feature launches across multiple product surfaces.
• Design lightweight processes and tooling-backed workflows to improve engineering velocity and predictability.
• Represent AppEx programs to leadership with data-backed status and recommendations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical program management experience at a cloud software company.
• Deep familiarity with developer-facing products or platform engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to work with engineers and architects on technical design.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills without formal authority.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Must be based in or able to work from Menlo Park, CA.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Streamlit, Notebooks, or other data platforms.
• Prior exposure to AI/ML product development or agentic application delivery.
• Experience driving developer ecosystem programs such as SDKs or drivers.
• Familiarity with program management tooling like Linear, Jira, or Shortcut.
