Compensation: $160K – $180K + Bonus

What you will do

• Identify and redesign high-burden clinical workflows to return time to clinicians for patient care.
• Develop and execute the automation and AI roadmap for care delivery processes in partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Manage the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of vendor-run support programs.
• Lead change management, including communications, training, and documentation to ensure program adoption.
• Define and maintain quality standards for clinician support across all service lines.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinician enablement, or process transformation.
• Strong analytical skills with required proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Proven experience managing outsourced or vendor-run operational programs against strict service levels.
• Ability to standardize and automate manual processes, with fluency in applying AI to scaled solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through influence across Product, Engineering, and Clinical departments.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participant)
