TL;DR

Focus on integrating DRC, LVS, QRC, EMIR, and PERC flows, troubleshooting PDK and EDA tool issues, and standardizing CAD methodologies.

What you will do

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize analog back-end CAD flows, environments, and automation tools.
  • Support analog and mixed-signal verification flows, including DRC, LVS, QRC, EMIR, and PERC.
  • Troubleshoot issues involving CAD flows, PDKs, and EDA tools.
  • Collaborate with design, layout, process, and external vendor teams to improve design efficiency and flow stability.
  • Contribute to CAD methodology development and flow standardization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Microelectronics, Semiconductor Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or at least 1 year with a master’s degree.
  • Hands-on experience in analog back-end design or CAD support.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as hirify.global Virtuoso, Calibre/Pegasus, xCalibre, Quantus, or StarRC.
  • Proficiency in Tcl, Python, Perl, SKILL, or Shell scripting.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with DRC, LVS, or PERC rule deck development.
  • Experience with PCell development.
