What you will do

• Perform transistor-level and full custom layout of Analog, Mixed-signal, and RF ICs at block and top-level.
• Optimize layouts for performance, noise, parasitics, power, area efficiency, and manufacturability.
• Execute and close full physical verification flows including DRC, LVS, ERC, DFM, antenna checks, and parasitic extraction.
• Collaborate with circuit designers on floorplanning, layout constraints, matching, shielding, isolation, and routing strategies.
• Participate in layout reviews and contribute to the improvement of layout methodologies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electric Engineering or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Analog and Mixed-Signal IC layout.
• Strong understanding of analog and RF layout principles including matching, symmetry, and noise coupling.
• Proficiency with industry standard EDA tools, including Cadence Virtuoso and Siemens Calibre.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
