What you will do

• Plan and execute large-scale external crypto events, including conferences, summits, and branded tentpole programs.
• Manage the 12-week summer research program and its curated hospitality program.
• Oversee premium branded goods, VIP kits, gifting suites, event collateral, registration materials, and signage.
• Lead private dining and salon-style hospitality experiences for guests and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with executives, marketing, go-to-market, regulatory, policy, research, and investment teams.
• Manage event systems, production trackers, inventory, reporting, vendors, and onsite execution.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience producing large-scale conferences, summits, and executive experiences.
• Experience managing event budgets, vendors, contract negotiations, staffing, security, AV, lighting, and other production components.
• Strong project management, organization, process improvement, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work with senior executives, handle confidential information, and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Working knowledge of tools such as Google Workspace, Marketo, Affinity CRM, Splash, ClickUp, Salesforce, Slack, WordPress, and Airtable.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 30% of the time.
