Location: Hybrid in Phoenix, Arizona, United States; periodic travel to customer, supplier, manufacturing, testing, and internal company locations may be required. The role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information and may require applicable citizenship, security clearance, and facility-access eligibility.
Salary: $150,000–$190,000 annually, plus potential bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and region-specific benefits.

What you will do
- Lead multiple aerospace and defense programs from contract award through end-item delivery.
- Act as the primary customer interface and accountable owner for program execution.
- Define scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, and integrated program plans.
- Manage financial performance, including forecasts, EAC/ETC, variance analysis, margins, and recovery plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and finance.
- Present program status, risks, financial performance, and recovery plans to customers and senior leadership while supporting proposals and business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, program management, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience managing programs through development, integration and test, production, and delivery.
- Strong financial and business acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, EAC/ETC management, and resource planning.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and program management tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled information and any applicable classified, citizenship, security, or facility-access requirements.
Nice to have
- 10+ years of program management experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting.
- Experience managing programs valued at $10M–$50M or more.
- Knowledge of FAR 15, TINA, CPFF, FFP contracts, and proposal development.
- Experience with DoD customers, aerospace electronics, RF systems, radar, or electronic warfare systems.
- MBA, PMP certification, and experience leading complex customer negotiations and proposals.
