TL;DR

Process Engineer (C&Q) (Pharmaceutical): Executing pharmaceutical engineering projects involving equipment installation, process setup, technical documentation, supplier coordination, and commissioning activities with an accent on GMP compliance, FAT, IQ/OQ/PPQ, and C&Q governance. Focus on drafting commissioning protocols, closing punch lists, integrating fill-and-finish equipment, and progressing from SME-supported work toward autonomous project ownership.

Location: Based in Diegem with mobility to Lessines and the ability to work on-site.

What you will do

  • Install and integrate new pharmaceutical equipment and modify existing process equipment.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including URS, FS, and DS.
  • Manage suppliers and execute Factory Acceptance Tests.
  • Support IQ, OQ, and PPQ activities across pharmaceutical projects.
  • Draft FAT, design review, and commissioning protocols and close related punch lists.
  • Participate in C&Q project governance while progressively taking ownership of defined activities.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or Master's degree in Applied Sciences; extensive relevant experience may compensate, while a Bachelor's degree alone is not sufficient.
  • Proven experience in a pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical GMP environment.
  • Practical experience with FAT, commissioning, IQ/OQ, and supplier interactions.
  • Experience with fill-and-finish or process setup equipment, such as autoclaves, CIP/SIP skids, or stopper processors.
  • Pragmatic, field-oriented engineering approach with the ability to work on-site.
  • Fluent French and English and mobility to Lessines are required.
