What you will do

• Supervise mechanical installation teams for process equipment and mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards including GMP, FDA, and EMA.
• Coordinate with construction, engineering, commissioning, and project management teams.
• Manage mechanical contractors and subcontractors to meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
• Oversee testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and mechanical system turnover.
• Coordinate preservation and passivation activities to ensure equipment readiness.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in mechanical installations.
• Relevant mechanical engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Valid EU work authorization.
• Fluent English (C1).
• Understanding of GMP and validation requirements.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts on site.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical or cleanroom construction experience.
• Dutch or Belgian language skills.
